Gold Skill Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

By accessing the Gold Skill platform — whether via a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. All of these documents together form the agreement between you and Gold Skill.

These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous version. Gold Skill will notify registered players of material changes via account notification or email where reasonably practicable. One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Gold Skill account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them. This includes accounts created in different family members' names for the benefit of a single player.

Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Gold Skill uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes.

KYC Verification. Gold Skill may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any point it deems appropriate. Verification typically requires submission of a valid Pakistani national identity document (CNIC or NICOP) and may include additional documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Gold Skill account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Gold Skill will never ask you to share your password with a support agent or any other party.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify Gold Skill support immediately via live chat or email. Accepted Payment Methods. Gold Skill accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied on the Gold Skill platform.

Withdrawal Conditions. Before processing any withdrawal, Gold Skill may require completion of KYC verification. Where bonus funds are active on your account, associated wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of the bonus-derived balance can be processed. Your real money balance (funds deposited directly, not received as bonus credit) is withdrawable at any time subject to standard verification requirements.

Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Gold Skill reserves the right to apply daily or weekly withdrawal limits. Players approaching withdrawal limits that trigger enhanced due diligence procedures may experience extended processing times while documentation is reviewed.

General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers provided by Gold Skill are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, and time limits. These specific terms are stated clearly on each individual promotion's offer page and take precedence over any general description in marketing materials.

Welcome Bonus. The 150% first deposit welcome bonus is available to new Gold Skill players making their first qualifying deposit of at least Rs 500. The bonus is capped at Rs 15,000 and carries a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. The welcome bonus must be wagered within 30 days of being credited or it will be forfeited. The welcome bonus is applicable once per eligible player and cannot be combined with other deposit bonuses.

Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using wagering strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk to the bonus; participating in matched betting using Gold Skill promotional offers; and using referral bonuses to refer household members or otherwise fabricate referral activity.

Referral Programme. Referral bonuses are credited as real PKR cash with no wagering requirement. Each qualifying referral — a new Gold Skill player who registers via your unique referral link and makes a first deposit of at least Rs 300 — earns the referring player Rs 500. There is no cap on the number of qualifying referrals. Self-referrals and household referrals will not be honoured and may trigger account review.

Bonus Expiry. All bonuses expire if not claimed or wagered within their stated validity period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically. Gold Skill is not obliged to issue reminders before bonus expiry.

Fair Play Commitment. Gold Skill is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software that produces genuinely random outcomes that cannot be influenced by the player, the platform, or any third party. The house edge for each game is fixed and publicly available in the game information section of the platform.

Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gold Skill and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

Gold Skill cooperates fully with law enforcement and relevant regulatory bodies. Any activity that Gold Skill reasonably suspects involves criminal conduct will be reported to appropriate authorities.

Each game available on Gold Skill has specific rules that govern gameplay, payout structures, and any applicable side bets or special features. These game-specific rules are accessible within the game interface and supersede any general description in marketing materials.

By participating in any Gold Skill game, you agree that the outcome of certified RNG games is final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of player expectation or interpretation. In the event of a genuine technical error during gameplay — such as a game freeze, disconnection, or software malfunction — Gold Skill will review the incident and resolve it in accordance with its technical review procedures. Where resolution in favour of the player is not determinable from the available data, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned.

Live dealer game results are determined by physical game mechanics (dealt cards, spun wheels) and are final once announced by the dealer. Gold Skill's live game streams are recorded and all sessions can be reviewed in the event of a dispute.

• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith

In the event of account suspension due to a suspected Terms violation, Gold Skill will conduct a review. If the review concludes no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate funds made available for withdrawal. If a violation is confirmed, funds associated with the violation may be forfeited.

Closure by Player. You may request to close your Gold Skill account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after clearing any applicable bonus conditions) will be refunded via your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 working days.

Gold Skill is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly, continuously, and without errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or complete absence of technical issues. Gold Skill shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary platform downtime, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Gold Skill's total liability to any player arising from or relating to their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gold Skill shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the use of the platform, regardless of whether Gold Skill has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

Gold Skill reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Gold Skill will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via account notification or email prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material corrections or clarifications may be updated without prior notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. If you continue to use Gold Skill after updated terms have taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
